Rixin Archive is a local smart archive app for receiving, copying, organizing, searching, and opening documents, images, spreadsheets, PDFs, videos, and other files that users actively import or share to the app.
By default, archive files, summaries, dimensions, tags, OCR text, and local AI search data are stored on the user's device. The app does not require account registration.

2. Data We Process
The app may process the following data when you actively use its archive features:
- Files you import or share to the app, including documents, images, PDFs, spreadsheets, presentations, text files, videos, and similar office files.
- File metadata, such as file name, file extension, MIME type, file size, source app, source URI fingerprint, import time, and archive storage path.
- Archive information entered or confirmed by you, such as archive box, project, material type, organization, customer, supplier, location, tags, amount, date, and notes.
- Text extracted from files through local parsing or OCR, and summaries or suggestions generated by local AI features.
- App settings, such as language preference, Pro/test status, automatic AI archive preference, and optional local access password status.
3. How We Use Data
We use the data above to provide the app's core functions:
- Copy files into the app's private local storage and maintain an independent archive copy.
- Open, share, delete, move, and batch-manage archived files.
- Generate local summaries, tags, dimensions, and search text for archive management.
- Support keyword search, filters, AI fuzzy search, and future local knowledge-base retrieval.
- Manage Google Play subscription entitlement and local Pro testing mode.
4. Local Storage and File Copies
When a file is archived, Rixin Archive copies the file into the app's private local directory. This is intended to keep the archive usable even if the original file is later deleted from the source app. If you uninstall the app or clear app data in Android system settings, Android may remove the app's local archive data.
5. Local AI and OCR
The app may use on-device OCR and local AI model features to read visible text from images, PDFs, and supported document files, then generate file titles, summaries, tags, dimensions, and search text. The app is designed to perform these archive-assistant features locally on the device where possible.
If future versions provide optional cloud services, the app listing and this privacy policy will be updated before such services are used for document content.
6. Sharing and Opening Files
When you tap Open or Share, the app uses Android system intents and temporary URI permissions to let another app open or receive the selected archived file. The receiving app's handling of the file is governed by that app's own privacy policy.
7. Google Play Billing
Rixin Archive may offer Pro features through Google Play Billing. Google processes payment method, purchase, order, and subscription status information. The app only receives subscription entitlement information needed to unlock Pro features. We do not directly collect or store your bank card information.
8. Permissions
The app may request permissions or use Android system capabilities needed for file import, file sharing, opening files, local storage, network status, and Google Play Billing. File access is generally initiated by the user through Android's share, open-with, or document picker flows.
9. Data Sharing
We do not sell your archive files or personal data. Data may be shared only in these cases:
- When you choose to share or open an archived file with another app.
- When Google Play Billing processes subscription and payment status.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Archived files and archive metadata remain on your device until you delete them in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Deleting a dimension may remove that dimension from related archive records. Deleting an archived file in the app removes the app's local archive copy and associated archive metadata; it does not delete the original file from the source app.
11. Security
The app stores archive data in app-private local storage. You may enable an optional local access password. No method of local storage or electronic processing is perfectly secure, but the app is designed to limit archive processing to the device where possible.
12. Children's Privacy
Rixin Archive is intended as a productivity and office file management tool. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, please contact us through the Google Play developer contact information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy as the app changes. The updated policy will show a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected in the app listing or in-app information where appropriate.

4. 本地存储和文件副本
归档时，日新档案会把文件复制到应用私有本地目录。这样即使来源应用中的原文件被删除，应用内归档副本仍可使用。如果你卸载应用或在 Android 系统设置中清除应用数据，系统可能删除本应用的本地归档数据。
5. 本地 AI 和 OCR
应用可能使用设备本地 OCR 和本地 AI 模型能力读取图片、PDF 和受支持文档中的可见文字，并生成文件标题、摘要、标签、维度和检索文本。应用设计上尽可能在设备本地完成这些归档助手功能。

6. 分享和打开文件
当你点击打开或分享文件时，应用会使用 Android 系统 Intent 和临时 URI 授权，让其他应用打开或接收你选择的归档文件。接收方应用如何处理该文件，受其自身隐私政策约束。
7. Google Play 结算

10. 数据保留和删除
